DESCRIPCIóN DEL CLASIFICADO
• Customer service support via telephone, chat and e-mail support
• Process invoices, purchase orders and requisitions on behalf of our customer
• Credit and collection duties such as statement reconciliations, account reconciliations, credit
notes processing and collection calls (past due invoices)
• Access remote systems for various data entry tasks as required by the customer
• Critical and analytical thinking to investigate and resolve exceptions
REQUISITOS
- Indispensable : Fluent English (written and spoken, native or 2nd language), French (optional but highly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to meet performance Service Level Agreements and critical metrics
- Must be able to follow structured processes
- Must be reliable & punctual
- Proficient computer knowledge (ability to use web applications, MS Office etc)
- Able to work under pressure
- Detailed oriented and logical thinking
- Team work oriented, reliable and self-motivated
- Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all applicants must own a personal computer with good internet connection to work from home in case it is required.

Salary of $30,000.00 DOP paid in bi-weekly installments by direct deposit
