REQUISITOS

Our Company is seeking motivated, qualified personnel that can offer support to our online customers. Daily tasks include interacting through calls, chat and emails with our customers and support their needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in call center preferred 
• Superior English fluency and Spanish
• Cédula

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work with others
• Excellent one-on-one interpersonal skills 
• Decision making skills 
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Analytical skills 
• Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) 
• Fluency in Vietnamese or Portuguese a plus 
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
