About this Position:
Truevoice Consulting seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide support to our online customers. Responsibilities include interacting daily with customers to provide support, answering questions, and data entry with minor document due diligence.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- [Requires Dominican Residency]
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Detail-orientation
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Portuguese a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to work a flexible schedule
