Good Neighbors International is a humanitarian non-governmental
organization, whose mission is to improve the lives of
others—especially those of children—through education, community
development, health services, sanitation, and disaster relief

Good Neighbors International started in Seoul, Korea in 1991 with the
sole purpose of giving disadvantaged children a glimmer of hope.
Currently, 2,447 professional staff and 20,622 volunteers--ranging
from doctors and nurses to engineers and professors--work in 29
countries, supporting approximately 16.8 million people, including 9.6
million children. We fundraise and network with other organizations
through offices in the USA, Korea, Japan, and Switzerland.

Now another new regional office is newly established. Good Neighbors
Dominican Republic Office has been started valuable and necessary
community development projects in Dominican Republic.

We are currently looking for a Regional Coordinator for the Good
Neighbors Dominican Republic Office. The main purpose of the job is to
take charge of administration work and manage the pursuit process and
coordination of local communities in Santo Domingo. The post carries a
challenging role requiring special talents with high devotion and
communication and management skills.

Skills and experience required are:
Bachelor degree in social sciences (Law, Management, Economics) with
more than 3-5 years professional working experiences
Strong understanding and experience of the Dominican Republic social,
economic and legal system
Proven program and financial management skills
Strong and compelling communication skills in English and Spanish
Full computer literate
Ability to travel nationally when required and make occasional
overnight stays if necessary.
Respect for human dignity with honesty

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and provide technical support in the processing legal or
administration task.
All necessary paper works
Develop communication channel for community development program
Disseminating the sharing and learning’s of best practices with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and
confident. A constructive outlook is a plus.

Salary Offered: RD $ 20,000 – 30,000 (Monthly) depending on experience
